    1. Okay, so I just finished up the last volume of the Christy Miller series Oh My GOODNESS YES The ending I just curled up in a tiny ball and cried happy tears for like an hour after I finished the book I kept flipping through all the volumes and reading the best bits view spoiler When Todd called her Kilikina And called Chisty at the train station I wasn t expecting that at ALL I THOUGHT I WOULD BURST WITH HAPPINESS It just made me all warm and fuzzy inside IT BASICALLY MEANS THEY ARE ENGAGED I ME [...]

    2. I can t believe these are the last books in this series its soooo sad These books are soo wonderful you really get to know Christy better and you can tell what an amazing person she is because of the way she gave up Todd so he can fulfill God s purpose for his life I felt like crying when she told him he had to go ,but later on it shows that God always rewards you for doing the right thing Definitely read these books The last one is my favorite

    3. All i can say is awwww i LOVE IT the last one is my favorite just a warning, don t flip through the book because i did while i was reading it just to see how many pages were left, when i read ONE word off the page and that ONE word ruined the rest of the book.

    4. I do my reviews in the form of a letter, which is why they are written like this.Dear Robin Jones Gunn, This volume and the first volume are tied as my favorites They are both so touching and sweet Honestly, all of the volumes are good, but volumes one and four are my favorites I really like what happens between Christy and Todd A Time to Cherish Where to begin with this book It s just honestly so good The characters are good except for Katie and Michael argh I really really REALLY love that Tod [...]

    5. This is a three books in one volume that includes books 10, 11, and 12 of the Christy Miller series I ve given a review of each story below.Book 10A Time to CherishChristy, her friends, and her aunt and uncle take a houseboat vacation to Lake Shasta She and Todd finally agree to start dating And while this seems to make their relationship even better, it ruins everything for Katie and Doug, who now feel like third wheels How is a girl to behave when she has a boyfriend and her best friend doesn [...]

    6. I have conflicting feelings about these books On the one hand, they are sweet, wholesome and innocent Loyalty to friends, respecting your family, helping others less fortunate and being a good person are all very good messages stressed here, but I do have a lot of problems with the series though It s definitely the most judgey and preachy of the series Christy spends a lot of the story lamenting the fact that Katie is dating a non Christian, even though Katie states that he believes in God and i [...]

    7. I thought this series was amazing It s a must read for teenage Christian and non Christian girls It s inspiring and a whole new perspective on things I am 13 now and have been raised a Christian my whole life I was baptized as a baby and have been going to church ever since I almost thought I understood what it meant to be a Christian This book made me realize that it s a lot than just praying before meals, doing your devotions and going to church You need to want to be a Christian and be fully [...]

    8. A Promise Is Foreever Christy Miller is finaly going to Europe with her three frinds Doug,Katie, and Tracy for a 3 week missions trip there s some tension between the group about Doug and Christy going together. At the last minute Christy must decide a BIG question which mean s she must face her fears and relize that something s are important then her own comfort, and that even when she cant see the end result, A Promise Is Truly Forever I highly recommend this book, but girls then guys Full of [...]

    9. This collection of three books encompasses the end of Christy s high school years her relationship with Todd deepens and her friendship with Katie gets toppled for awhile, ending with a missions trip to England with Doug for a boyfriend, among other surprises As RJG has written these the writing does get better and the characters definitely grow and change, but I do wish she could have given Christy a season without a guy to lean on The second she decides she doesn t need one, back into her life [...]

    10. I ll just say this for the whole Christy Miller series I read every book, minus the college years, about a year or two ago I don t remember the little details, but I do remember LOVING the books They were all very fast reads and contained great lessons for my faith The only thing bad about any of them is they can get a little cheesy at time, but not enough to make me put them at a 4 star rating Whole Series 4.5 stars And I do plan on eventually reading the last three books in the college volume. [...]

    11. This series was amazing Watching Christy mature helps you mature along with her Watching her grow closer to God makes you grow close to God with her These books put so much perspective in life that I can t imagine having gotten so quickly and easily I have to say that the final book did have me stressed in some ways because there was so much change that felt so jarring after getting to know Christy in the 11 preceeding books, but it really helps to show how you cannot try to control everything, [...]

    12. I m so sad the series is finished I know RJG wrote about Christy s and Todd s life after this series, but still I feel like I lost my best friend I would recommend all 12 books to anyone, Christian or not It s amazing how God used the series to touch my life and I know it will continue to bless people all over the world What I really loved about the book series was that I could I relate to it It was honest, and many of the things Christy and her friends went through really hit home for me.Happy [...]

    13. The first book in this volume is good, it really gives you hope with Christy and Todd Though it does drag slightly The Second Book I liked a lot though the end sort of killed me But I made it through The last book really wrapped up the series in the only acceptable way It made me want to read the Christy and Todd The college years series

    14. This book was amazing I honestly cried during this book It was so touching and inspirational I cant wait to find my Todd. The ending was satisphing, and the struggles that christy faces as she gets older start to become deeper I love the decisions she makes in this book, and how inspiring it is 3 chrity is my forever friend.

    15. This summer i read this series for the second time It changed my outlook again on so many things, for the better Everyone needs to read this series It s full of romance, and everything a teenager goes through This series is incredibly encouraging shows how everything works out for those who wait and trust God 3

    16. I finally got around to reading this series This volume has the next three books of the series, and they re good The writing is well done, the characters are interesting, and the plots are cute totally appropriate for older kids and teens I love her learning about faith and about friendships and relationships.

    17. Best christain books I have ever read A cute christian love story Clean, fun, and captivating I read some of these books in a single day All of my friends have loved the Christy Miller series and I STRONGLY recomend this book to any teenage girl.

    18. Loved it, as the other three books, it s got a very sweet ending I can relate to alot of Christy s life, and i love how her emotions and feelings were a big part of it Katie s dealings with Michael were also something I was dealing with recently.

    19. Another great collection and continuation of Christy Millers story I really enjoy reading this collection I can relate to the thoughts and circumstances that Christy is faced with and it is comforting how she keeps her focus on God and how devoted her prayer life is.

    20. By far the best volume in the series the characters have grown and changed and become so dynamic by the time you hit the end you feel like you ve experienced your senior year of high school all over again without all your own personal drama.

    21. reading the christy miller books helped me define even deffenetly what I wanted in a boy friend, how I should act around guys, with a boy friend and how far is too far Every christian girl should read these books and also the sierra jensen series.

    22. The ending of book 11 was so sweet I really like this series.UPDATE 2017 I think that I meant book 12 That is a sweet ending While I liked the Sierra Jensen and Katie Weldon books too, Christy is my favorite She is the one I find myself most able to relate to.

    23. Great for young teenagers to read, especially if you want them to understand why they should wait till marriage to have sex.

    24. All three of these books were so good Also, I couldn t have asked for a better ending to A Promise is Forever So good.

    25. The best volume in the series So romantic, and got me on the edge of my seat couldn t put it down My friends and I trade these books around like trading cards
