This book is good for looking how a button works But as you can see in the pics they re looking like they were read a few times Absolutly no go for new books Never again
Failure to disclose that this book is identical in every way to the 2014 release, which can be bought a lot cheaper The new updates to CC 2015 are not included in this edition The illustrations are identical to the 2014 edition as well Adobe should be transparent This ended up as a waste of time, and I returned to the Book to , since I have the 2014 edition.
It s a text book and it just takes too much time to figure things out After reading the book and doing a few exercises, I ended up just going back to YouTube for help A simple task like removing the background from an image will require reading a whole chapter then doing some exercises Or, you can go to YouTube and find your answer in 3 minutes In conclusion, if you re a student or a want to be professional then buy this book, otherwise, save your money and use YouTube.
I am not at all happy with this book I don t like the setup nor do I like the thin cheap paper the book is printed on The illustrations are very muddy and some of them bleed through to the opposing page I certainly would not recommend this book as a instruction for Photoshop CC.
It s a survey book, so it covers a lot of ground That s both good and bad Good it provides insight into Photoshop s capabilities Bad It tells you settings to change without providing any real understanding of why that particular setting does what you want and how varying that setting or less would have been less effective Which means, when faced with your own situation, you need to find something similar in the book sometimes difficult and then try to apply the stated fixes to your issue Now th [...]
I love this book it definitely deserves five stars It goes over everything from basic opening of the program down to how to do 3D images The courses are excellent and very simple to understand I often refer back to this book when I can t remember how to do something.
